The return period as per law is 14 days after the date of purchase.

In our company you have the right (by law) to return the products purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt. In case you want to return a product (withdrawal) you are only charged with the cost of returning it. To avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and their packaging in order to detect obvious defects (e.g. broken product, wrong product, etc.).

Returns are only accepted when the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without having been opened or the packaging tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice. Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.

Returns will only be accepted if through proven fault of our company you received incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, in invoicing, in shipping, damaged in transit, with poor packaging, etc.). The products must be in the same condition in which you received them without having been unsealed or their packaging opened, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

The refund is made through a Bank account. To avoid inconvenience, check your products carefully upon delivery of the order to check for any defects.
